Arsenal legend Ian Wright believes there is a "beautiful" partnership developing in Mikel Arteta's midfield.

Wright has been impressed with the chemistry between Thomas Partey and Martin Odegaard so far this season.

Odegaard was man-of-the-match in Saturday's 1-0 victory over Burnley, in which he scored a decisive free-kick to win the game.

Speaking on the Ringer FC podcast, Wright said: "Partey coming back, Odegaard and Partey in that pivot.

"There is something beautiful about that, something beautiful about it."

The pair will be called on to deliver again in Sunday's north London derby against Tottenham at the Emirates.
