Former Crystal Palace and Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini is in talks to return to playing in Spain.
Flamini is believed to be on the verge of joining Spanish side Rayo Vallecano, says the Croydon Advertiser.
The 33-year-old left Selhurst Park this summer after initially joining for a year in 2016 under former boss Alan Pardew.
Flamini believes he still has at least another two or three years left in professional football to prove he can still cut it at a good level.
Rayo are currently competing in the Segunda Division in Spain.
