Arsenal great Thierry Henry says Bernardo Silva's decision to stay with Manchester City is a credit to manager Pep Guardiola.
Bernardo was superb for City in victory at Chelsea on Saturday.
"Supposedly, Bernardo wanted to leave and was dissatisfied, but Guardiola always finds a way to turn it around. For me, Bernardo Silva was the best player on the field and he filled my eyes," said Henry.
"That's how you win championships."
Henry was coached by Guardiola between 2008 and 2010 at Barcelona.
He added: "People always talk about Guardiola, the way his teams play, but they forget how hard the players have to run. And believe me, I've been there, if you don't do it like he wants you'll go to the bench."
