Arsenal fullback Hector Bellerin has jumped to the support of Granit Xhaka after his reaction to hometown boos on Sunday.
The Switzerland international was booed for walking off the pitch rather than running when he was substituted by Unai Emery in the 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace, and he also appeared to tell the crowd to "f**k off".
Fan favourite Bellerin has now responded on Twitter, which received a positive response from Arsenal supporters.
He wrote: “We are all humans, we all have emotions, and sometimes it's not easy dealing with them.
“It's time to lift each other up, not to push each other away. We only win when we are together. #COYG."
