Arsenal are focusing their attentions on Lyon attacker Nabil Fekir for the January market.
The Gunners see Fekir as a replacement for wantaway Alexis Sanchez.
Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha has also been linked with the Gunners, but the Daily Star says a deal with Lyon is “almost done", which would see Fekir reunited with Alexandre Lacazette.
Zaha is not expected to join as well.
The tricky winger, who failed to make the step up at Manchester United before returning to Palace, is not believed to be on Arsenal's agenda.
Palace would be strongly reluctant to sell their best player in the mid-season window anyway as they fight to survive from relegation.
