Arsenal refuse to meet Everton's asking price for defender Phil Jagielka.
The Daily Mail says the Gunners have already had a £12million offer for Everton's England defender Jagielka rejected as the Merseyside club want around £18m.
Arsenal are reluctant to pay that, given Jagielka is 29 this month.
