Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata is open to returning home to Spain this summer.

Off contract in June, Mata is yet to field any new contract offer from the United board.

And France Football says the playmaker is seriously considering a return to the LaLiga.

Former club Valencia is an early candidate, while Sevilla have also been mentioned.
