Bologna midfielder Mattias Svanberg is attracting Premier League interest.
In January, the Sweden international was linked with Brighton and Burnley.
And Italian media sources say now Arsenal and Everton are scouting Svanberg during the Serie A restart.
Bournemouth recently offered €5m to take the 21-year-old on-loan with a mandatory permanent option of €10m.
Bologna, however, is seeking more and sports director Walter Sabatini hopes the interest of Arsenal and Everton will push up the price.
Everton are expected to soon make a first offer for Svanberg.
