Arsenal drop Carrasco plans to focus on...

Arsenal are going cold on Dalian Yifang winger Yannick Carrasco.

The Mirror says Arsenal are stalling on a deal to bring Carrasco to the club in the hope that they can tempt Bournemouth's Ryan Fraser to the Emirates instead.

Carrasco was first sought out by the club in January but his current team, Dalian Yifang of China, were not willing to let him go at that stage of the season.

The 25-year-old is keen on a move back to Europe, however, and it is thought the Gunners could prise him away with a £25m bid.

But Arsenal boss Unai Emery is known to be a big fan of Fraser, and would prefer to bring him in than Carrasco.

Fraser scored seven goals and created 14 assists in an impressive season for the Cherries, and Emery is allegedly desperate to sign the Scotland international.
