Arsenal are exploring the prospect of a farewell game for Villarreal midfielder Santi Cazorla.
Cazorla left Emirates Stadium once his contract expired following an injury-ravaged end to his six-year stay in north London.
Football.london says Arsenal officials have already begun mapping out the potential arrangements for Cazorla to belatedly wave goodbye.
At a fan forum this week Arsenal suggested there was a possibility for Cazorla to return Emirates Stadium when probed on the matter.
Among the possibilities are a pre-season friendly between Arsenal and Villarreal and Cazorla being invited to a game.
The 35-year-old has previously expressed his desire to wear the Gunners jersey one more time, though.
