Arsenal are determined to find a buyer for Shkodran Mustafi.
The Sun says the Gunners could even allow the struggling German to go out on loan just to get his £80,000-a-week salary off their wage bill.
Manager Unai Emery has told Mustafi that he does not have a future at the Emirates and needs to restart his career with another club.
The 27-year-old centre-half cost £35million when he was signed from Valencia three years but could now be sold for as little as £15m.
A number of Italian clubs have been alerted to Mustafi's availability, with AC Milan, Lazio and Sampdoria all regarded as potential purchasers.
But he could also be offered on loan to Turkish giants Fenerbahce and Galatasaray with a view to a cut-price permanent move next summer.
