Arsenal defender Oleksandr Zinchenko would not be drawn into predicting the Premier League title race.
The Ukrainian, who was a Manchester City player until transferring in the summer, is now very much a part of the table topping Gunners squad.
However, he did not want to appear too confident about pipping his ex-club, who won the title last term, to the post by the time the season concludes.
In an exclusive interview with VBET News, Zinchenko said on the World Cup: "I support my Arsenal guys and wish them only success and no injuries. I won't name the winner because a lot of my friends play there."
He then added on the domestic title race: "It is difficult to answer this question since the table is currently very tight."
He then finished on the remainder of the season, after the World Cup: "I hope that all the guys who perform at the World Cup will return to the squad healthy.
“There will be a very busy schedule, so everyone needs to be healthy. We will do our best and even more to please our fans from game to game."
