Arsenal defender Ben White will not be part of the squad travelling to Dubai on Sunday following his withdrawal from the England squad.

White flew home from England's World Cup campaign on Wednesday over a personal matter.

ESPN says White won't be among the initial travelling group amongst the Arsenal squad to Dubai on Sunday and it's unclear whether he will join up with them on a later date.

The Premier League leaders are set to take part in the Dubai Super Cup during the World Cup break facing Lyon on Thursday and AC Milan on December 13.

Mikel Arteta is using the warm-weather training camp in Dubai to get the squad back in shape ahead of the resumption of the Premier League.
