Arsenal defender William Saliba admits he's frustrated not being able to play in the French Cup final.

Saliba was blocked from extending his loan at ASSE in order to be clear to face PSG this weekend.

He told L'Equipe: "It would have been my first final for my second year as a pro. If I hope to play others, you can never be sure of anything.

"In addition, it would have been my last match with my training club. I hoped, hoped, really. Even when it became impossible. Both clubs did everything to get me to play it. But they did not find an agreement.

"I was very disappointed."
