Arsenal defender William Saliba admits he's targeting a place in France's World Cup squad.
On-loan with Olympique Marseille this season, Saliba is waiting for his first Les Bleus call.
He told RMC, “I am French, I am currently with the Espoirs. Les Bleus is a dream, a goal, we won't hide it. In my position, there is strong competition. Those who are already there are very great defenders. And then there are young people knocking on that door.
"Two months before the next gathering. I don't put pressure. The coach makes his choices. I will give everything and at least be as consistent as possible.
"During the game before Lazio, everyone told me that I was going to make the list and that day I gave two goals to Lazio. I try not to think about it too much. It's a goal but there are a lot of players. I will work for it because it remains a dream."
