Arsenal are to hand Sol Campbell a new contract.

The Sunday Mirror says a new one-year deal is being drawn up for 35-year-old Sol Campbell and talks are on-ongoing to keep ­William Gallas for at least another one year.

"We have plenty of young players," said Gunners boss Arsene Wenger. "Now we need ready-made ­players."
