Arsenal are closing on a deal for Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana.
NOS is reporting an agreement is all but settled between all parties, irrespective of Onana's ongoing doping suspension.
An appeal against the year-long ban is set to be heard on Wednesday.
If the penalty is shortened from one year, Ajax expect Arsenal to pay €6-9m for Onana. If the sanction remains unchanged, the transfer amount will be €2m.
It's suggested Onana would be signed by Arsenal as their new No1 as management lose confidence in Bernd Leno.
