The Football Association are charging Arsenal with allegedly breaching football agents regulations over the transfer of Calum Chambers from Southampton.
Agent Alan Middleton has also been charged for allegedly breaching the regulations in relation to the transfer and has until 17 June to respond.
Arsenal have until 26 June to respond after they requested more time.
The 20 year old defender joined the Gunners for about £16m in July 2014.
