Arsenal's pursuit of Schalke midfielder Julian Draxler faces competition from Bayern Munich.
The Daily Mail says Draxler's agent Roget Wittman has had contact from Bayern and Pep Guardiola is considering using the Germany international as a wide player to alternate with either Arjen Robben or Franck Ribery.
In Arsenal's favour though, Schalke would not be keen to sell another star player to Bayern and the German champions already have an abundance of attacking midfield talent. Arsene Wenger wants to utilise Draxler as a second striker.
