Arsenal coach Arteta explains Saka substitution

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta admits youngster Bukayo Saka has an injury.

The talented winger came off in the Carabao Cup semi final first leg against Liverpool on Thursday.

The Gunners managed to eek out a 0-0 draw in the first leg away from home, after Granit Xhaka got a red card early in the contest.

Asked about Saka post-game, Arteta said: "He felt something in the last minute, he was really fatigued and I don't know.

"He's a young boy and he recovers really quickly, but he's played a lot of minutes in the last month. So, let's see how he develops."
