Arsenal chiefs fully behind Emery's Ozil handling

Arsenal chiefs are behind manager Unai Emery's management of Mesut Ozil.

The Telegraph reports Emery is determined to avoid another "Neymar situation" like he experienced in his former job at Paris Saint-Germain.

Ozil missed the Gunners' first win of the season over West Ham last weekend after telling his boss he was ill.

Ozil is the club's highest earner on £350,000-a-week, but Emery will receive the full backing of the board with Ozil needing to fight to win back his place.

Emery is said to be under no pressure to play the midfielder.
