Edu puts Arsenal trio up for sale to fund move for Lille midfielder Renato Sanches

Arsenal technical director Edu is seeking to sell Alexandre Lacazette, Eddie Nketiah and Bernd Leno in the January transfer window to raise funds for an incoming signing.

The Gunners are pushing to secure Renato Sanches from Lille to bolster their central midfield.

According to Calciomercato, Edu is a huge admirer of Sanches, and he is willing to part with three first team players to secure the Portuguese all action midfielder.

Lacazette's contract expires in the summer, Nketiah is on the fringes of the first team, and Leno has been upstaged as no.1 keeper by Aaron Ramsdale this term.

Edu hopes to raise enough funds to convince Lille to part with Renato midseason.
