PSG midfielder Lucas Moura is ready to move to England in January.
The Brazil international has been on the radar of Arsenal and Chelsea.
And after talking to the PSG boss, Moura is consigned to leaving the club in January, says UOL Esporte.
The Premier League is said to be his favoured destination, with the Gunners and Chelsea leading the chase for the playmaker, who joined the French side in 2012 for a fee of €45million.
