Arsenal and Chelsea are among European giants in contact with PSG teen Kays Ruiz.

The youth teamer is inside the final 18 months of his current PSG deal and courting interest from across Europe.

Foot Mercato says Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal and Juventus are all in talks with Ruiz's representatives, who is currently a regular with PSG's U19 team.

The 17 year-old has been tabled a new contract offer by PSG, which has been immediately rejected. Ruiz's minders are insisting they come back with a bigger offer.

For the moment, Ruiz is prepared to continue to listen to PSG, despite his current status as a youth teamer.

Ruiz was tempted away from Barcelona by PSG as a junior player.
