Lille sports chief Luis Campos isn't short of offers as he considers his future.

TMW says Chelsea, Arsenal and AS Roma have all been in contact in recent weeks.

First to make contact was Chelsea, where owner Roman Abramovich is demanding an experienced technical director be hired.

Then this week Arsenal made an approach after Monchi re-signed with Sevilla and Marc Overmars penned new terms at Ajax.

And Roma soon followed up as they seek a replacement for Monchi.

For his part, Campos is calm, knowing Lille president Gerard Lopez has big ambitions for the club.
