Arsenal and Chelsea are interested in Jaguares de Chiapas striker Antonio Michael Pedroza Whitham.
The 20 year-old English-born youngster has just scored his first goal in the Copa Libertadores and been likened in Mexico to Manchester United star Javier Hernandez.
Whitham is under consideration by England for their U20 World Cup squad and his form has attracted the interest of Chelsea and Arsenal.
"My dad is Mexican, my mother, English. I was born in England, but I came to Mexico when I was a boy. I feel very Mexican," he said.
"I love Mexico for the time I have spent here, but if I don't have an opportunity to represent Mexico I would accept the opportunity to play for England."
