Arsenal are chasing a deal for VfL Wolfsburg defender Felix Uduokhai.

German media sources say Arsenal have been scouting Uduokhai since the New Year, with new chief scout Sven Mislintat driving the interest.

Significantly, the 20 year-old is left-sided, with it understood Arsenal are in the market for a left-footed centre-half.

Along with Uduokhai, Mislintat is also interested in 21 year-old Abdou Diallo of FSV Mainz.

With reports of Arsenal working to a limited £50m summer budget, their interest in the two young defenders would fall within their range.
