Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard has appreciated praise from Brentford boss Thomas Frank and Norway teammate Erling Haaland.
Frank likened Odegaard to City star Kevin de Bruyne - something Haaland agrees with.
The City striker said: "You see at the start now, he looks hungry to score goals. That's something I like to see. He's taking steps, that's important. He is still young and still needs to develop. What can I say about De Bruyne? He's a good man, there really isn't much more to say."
Asked about the praise and his improved goalscoring, Norway skipper Odegaard told VG: "It is a skill I have wanted to develop for a long time.
"A lot of it is mental – being in the right positions and what you're looking for on the pitch. I feel there is a lot to gain from simply having the right focus. It is something I try to work on."
