Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny admits their season is spiraling out of control.
The Gunners - beaten in their last four games - are in Italy for the first leg of a last-16 Europa League tie, against AC Milan, in a competition that sends its winners into next season's Champions League.
Koscielny said: “We are in a negative spiral and it's difficult to go out of this.
“We need to have a positive advice in our heads because the brain dictates the body and the legs.
“We have to be positive to have a good result and, step by step, we will come back stronger."
