Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny favours a move to Bordeaux.

The Frenchman has effectively handed in a transfer demand by refusing to travel to the US with the squad.

L'Equipe says Koscielny has offers from Rennes and Bordeaux, but favours a move to the latter.

Rennes can offer the veteran European football, but Bordeaux is close to Tull, his family's home town.

For the moment the deal is at deadlock, with Arsenal insisting Koscielny will only leave for a fee of €10m.
