Arsenal can beat any team in the world – Bellerin

Arsenal's young right-back Hector Bellerin is confident that the Gunners can beat any team in the world if they consistently play at their best.

The 20-year-old Spanish full-back broke into the first team last season in the absence of injured Mathieu Debuchy and will be competing with the Frenchman for a starting berth next season.

Bellerin was part of a number of top quality Gunners performances and feels that the north London club can consistently hit those heights next campaign.

"I'm really, really excited for the new season," Bellerin told the club's official website.

"The way we finished this season, the team have really come together and we've had some great performances, especially since the New Year.

"The team really feel like we can beat any team in the world with the performances we've had, so we're all really, really excited to hopefully start the season with the right mindset and with the right results. Hopefully by the end of next season we can win some more trophies.

"We need to start with the confidence that we finished this season with. That's going to be important for us, to keep pushing and start where we left off at the end of last season."
