Arsenal are ready to demand David Alaba in any Bayern Munich offer for Laurent Koscielny.

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is a big fan of the Austrian youngster, says Tz, and is willing to sign him as a midfielder - his preferred position.

"The club sees me as a fullback, but I see myself more as a midfielder," said Alaba recently. "I try to remain calm, but it remains a goal to play as a midfielder at Bayern."

With Bayern pushing for Koscielny, Wenger plans to up the ante by insisting Alaba be included in their bid.
