Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger believes the plunging pound will hurt Premier League clubs. Asked about the long-term domination of English clubs in Europe, Wenger replied: "Don't worry, that time will soon be over, because with the new taxation system, with the collapse of sterling, the domination of the Premier League on that front will go.
"That is for sure. The state of the pound will be a financial problem for all the English clubs."
