Arsenal boss Wenger defends touchline meltdown in derby defeat

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admits losing control pitchside as Tottenham came back to beat them on Saturday.

Wenger was unable to keep his own emotions in check on Saturday, hurling a bottle of water to the floor as his temper got the better of him.

"I was angry, of course, who wouldn't be?" said Wenger.

"My job is to win football games and when I don't I'm very angry and frustrated.

"I am giving every drop of my blood to make sure this team wins and I want them to be successful. They deserve it."
