Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is convinced imminent Manchester City signing Kolo Toure has peaked.

Wenger has decided to accept City's offer for the Ivory Coast international, who is at Eastlands today for a medical.

The Daily Express says it is understood Wenger decided that Arsenal have had the best out of Toure and, subsequently, he could be allowed to leave. He apparently reached this conclusion after consulting the exhaustive records the club compile on each of their players.
