Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed that talks have taken place with another club regarding the future of Kieran Gibbs.

The club Wenger is talking about is very likely to be West Bromwich Albion, as according to various media reports, they made an unsuccessful £10m bid for the 27-year-old last season.

When asked about the future of his left-back, the French manager said: "There are talks, yes. There is contact but we are not close."

Gibbs has only one year left in his current deal with the Gunners.
