Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has urged Liverpool's board to stick with manager Rafa Benitez.

Benitez is under huge pressure after their 1-1 draw at Champions League opponents Lyon.

"Rafa Benitez is a super manager," said the Frenchman.

"We live in a world where democratic judgment is only in the present, and that's why it's very important to have directors who are strong enough to resist, as well to explain why they resist."
