Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has shed some light on the injuries suffered by Aaron Ramsey and Alex Iwobi in their 4-3 defeat to Liverpool.

Both players were forced off during Sunday's Premier League season opener due to respective injuries in the second half of the game.

The Frenchman has revealed that Ramsey has suffered a 'hamstring injury' while Iwobi's injury is related to his thigh.

When asked about prognosis on Ramsey's condition, he said: "I don't know, I haven't spoken to the medical people."
