Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta insists there's no plans to sell Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Barca are targeting a new frontman with Luis Suarez injured and see Aubameyang, 30, as the perfect candidate ahead of Friday night's transfer deadline.

The Gabon marksman, currently suspended, is by far Arsenal's top scorer with 16 goals in all competitions this season - but he has yet to sign a new deal and shows little sign of doing so.

After their FA Cup defeat of Bournemouth last night, Arteta said: "I want Auba here 100 per cent.

"I'm so happy with him and I can't wait to have him available again after suspension."
