Arsenal boss Unai Emery was happy with the performance of captain Granit Xhaka at Manchester United.
The 1-1 draw was the first game since Xhaka was named skipper.
Emery said, "He worked with a big commitment and he was on the pitch with a very good balance defensively and offensively and I think his work tonight was well."
The midfielder was hammered for ducking out of a shot from Scott McTominay.
He added: "He ran back, maybe the first in this action, I didn't see that action but I watched when he was running back and really he did perfectly with that running."
