Arsenal boss Emery praises Xhaka for comeback defeat

Arsenal boss Unai Emery says he was happy with Granit Xhaka's performance in defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt.

The Europa League setback was Xhaka's first appearance since losing the captaincy after shouting abuse at the home support.

After the 2-1 defeat, Emery said: "It's very good news with Granit and the normality.

"He played, he helped and the supporters also, I think they are also helping him and I think it's good news."

However, there was anger from fans at the final whistle when seeing Xhaka laughing and joking with Eintracht players.
