Arsenal boss Unai Emery insists he had no hesitation succeeding Arsene Wenger last summer.
Emery has led the Gunners to the Europa League final in his first season in charge.
Asked about handling the legacy of Wenger, Emery told El Larguero: "Any coach would choose to go there, we have managed to stabilise the team and now the results and goals have to come in.
"Liverpool three years ago played the Europa League final and now play the Champions League final. A good example for us, we are in the process of recovering to be among the first four, we have to go one step further, we are contributing ideas and freshness."
