Arsenal plan to invite offers for Shkodran Mustafi.

The Telegraph says Mustafi has rarely shone since becoming the world's third costliest defender when he joined from Valencia in August 2016.

Now Gunners boss Unai Emery is ready to cut his losses on the 26-year-old to help him splash out on his squad once the season finishes.
