Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is eyeing a move for Lyon attacker Memphis Depay.

The Holland international has emerged as a target for Arteta in the event they sell Alexandre Lacazette or Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - or both - this summer.

Le 10 Sport says the Gunners manager is a fan of Depay and convinced he can thrive in the Premier League - despite his problems at Manchester United.

Enquiries have been lodged with Lyon and Depay, though nothing has been concretely tabled.

Depay is now inside the final year of his OL deal, leaving the French giants with the dilemma of whether to sell now or risk allowing him to run down his contract.
