Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has praised Bernd Leno for his reaction to being dropped.
Leno has slipped behind Aaron Ramsdale at Arsenal, but Arteta has praised the German for his attitude.
"It is the same in every position. We want the players to make each other better," said Arteta.
"We are competing against the opponents not each other, so we want the players to raise the level of the club.
"With Bernd, he is a top professional and a top person. He should be disappointed and he should support his teammates, like they did with him when he was playing. That is exactly what he has done."
On Saturday's trip to Burnley, the manager also said: "It is one of the toughest places to go in the Premier League. We know what to expect at Burnley and we will prepare for that.
"He [Sean Dyche] deserves huge credit, because with the resources he has had, and the way he as managed to establish the club in the Premier League by sticking to his beliefs and creating a unique identity on the club. It is very difficult to do."
