Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has challenged Fabio Vieira to do more in training.

Arteta was asked about Vieira's absence in recent games.

He said: "If they train really well and play really well, I guarantee they'll have the minutes they need.

"The other boys have had more minutes, but to develop yourself sometimes you need a different position, a different environment.

"That's what we need to know..."
