Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger: England? Why not?

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says he could yet manage England.

Wenger's current deal expires in June and he was careful to leave all options open to him when speaking at the club's London Colney training base this morning ahead of Sunday's Premier League trip to Burnley.

Asked about the possibility of managing England, he said: “Right now my priority is to do well here.

“This has always been my club and if I am free one day, why not? I'm focused on my job right now."

Pushed on when he will determine his future and what factors will influence his decision, he added: “Yes I will decide at the end of the season. What will influence me the most is the fact that I feel I do well and can move this team forward."
