Arsenal star Emile Smith Rowe attended training with the first team this week.

The attacking midfielder, who has been dealing with a groin issue all season, is preparing with the rest of manager Mikel Arteta's non-World Cup players.

Smith Rowe has not played since the 3-1 defeat at Old Trafford to Manchester United.

Arsenal having Smith Rowe back is huge news, as Gabriel Jesus has sustained a serious injury while on international duty with Brazil.

The Gunners will take on Lyon and AC Milan in friendlies as part of the Dubai Super Cup.

They also play Juventus at home on December 17th, which is a realistic chance for Smith Rowe to get some game time.
