The Independent says Emery will not be sacked following the 2-2 draw with Southampton in the Premier League on Saturday.
The Gunners are set to reassess the Spaniard's position after the December 9 clash with West Ham.
The Arsenal board met over the international break to discuss Emery's future at the club.
The Gunners have now not won a Premier League match in two months.
But the decision was made to look at the next four top flight games after the international break as a block before making a call on Emery's future.
