Rennes have been handed a boost ahead of their Europa League last-16 tie with Arsenal after the LFP decided to postpone a Ligue 1 match to allow them to prepare for the clash.
The first leg will be played in France on March 7, having originally been scheduled in London after UEFA switched the venues due to a clash with Chelsea.
The League de Football Professionnel (LFP) have decided to postpone Rennes' match with Nimes Olympique to give them an eight day break before facing the Gunners.
Unai Emery's side will face Tottenham Hotspur in the north London derby on the Saturday prior to playing Rennes.
